    I love this idea - been using it the last couple days and it works great. Been reading through some of P. Hadots work recently, and I absolutely love it. My way of distilling his main idea is to 'be just to the Now (and the people who are with you now)'. Thanks for the great sleeping tip. Let no stray thoughts into your citadel, and focus on your breathing. Keep up the good work!

Interestingly, I still wonder why the rock band in Dallas called The Affirmative never even got a song on The Sound of Deep Ellum, a Island Records and Kim Bouie,MCA publication and recording. The music industry had roughly 7 years left before it tanked on 1995. Where was the business reality at this time ?

    I don’t know if it’s because I vape but I always wake up in middle of the night. I’ve quit, night 2 now. I still am waking up but I’m drifting back into sleep quicker. Yes only been one day but I’m hoping nicotine was the reason I wasn’t getting good sleep. Next will be marijuana.

    There is a strong connection to Advaita Vedanta and Stephen Wolinsky who wrote "Quantum Consciousness" which changed my life. So it's not weird to talk about tapping into the infinite. This affirms the learning about the Will that occurs beyond the ego.

    27:58 but nice thing about it is it has windowing effect so you go through all the problems that you need to know if you get it right once, you give a convincing lecture, check it off, you never have to go back to it again. because of the ultra efficeiency of this method of locking things in so that means the next time throgh you're just looking at the problems that you didn't check off that time
